With a background in boatbuilding and deep experience across disciplines, Rune has been developing custom solutions for the pharma and medtech industries since 2004.

At Soltech, he works with everything from initial idea and 3D modeling to CNC programming and precision machining. Rune’s expertise spans both manual and automated processes, including advanced laser cutting and TIG/laser welding of stainless steel. His precision work includes cutting stents and micro tubes – demanding tasks where calm hands and technical finesse are essential.

Rune also often takes the lead in customer interactions, turning complex challenges into tangible, high-quality solutions. His ability to combine craftsmanship, innovation, and technical insight makes him an invaluable part of the Soltech team.
