With nearly 20 years in the medtech industry, Mark started as a precision mechanic before training as a production technologist focused on product development. This gave him the theory to match his practical skills.

At Soltech, he works on everything from one-off parts and prototypes to production equipment and long-term projects. His deep knowledge of workshop machinery streamlines the design process – especially when fast turnarounds are needed.

Outside of work, Mark takes on creative projects that constantly expand his skillset – often with direct impact on his day-to-day work. His blend of experience, insight, and hands-on creativity makes him an essential part of the Soltech team.
