It all began with an idea.
Einar is the Founder and CEO of Soltech ApS and co-owner of several medtech companies. He began his career as a precision engineer and has over 40 years of experience in the development and production of medical devices.
Before founding Soltech in 1998, Einar held leadership roles at companies such as William Cook Europe, PBN Medical (now Argon Medical Devices), and Lina Medical. His work ranged from R&D project leadership to setting up advanced production facilities and managing cross-functional teams.
At Soltech, Einar focuses on developing innovative products and production equipment for the global medical device industry. A key area of his work is converting traditional surgical procedures into minimally invasive systems guided by radiology or ultrasound. He oversees all phases from concept to compliant documentation and testing.
Einar is also a co-founder of GEABetes ApS, Bioscopex ApS, and Madajo ApS, where he continues to drive innovation in endoscopic and minimally invasive technologies. His hands-on approach and technical depth make him a cornerstone of Soltech’s development and strategic direction.
