Tip forming and welding equipment
Soltech produces semi-automated bonding and tip forming equipment for catheter manufacturing. Our forms are well suited for any type of tip forming, for example on dilators, sheaths, catheters or balloon catheters. They are produced in-house in accordance to specific customer requirements and specifications.
Our bonding machines are used for bonding braid to non braid, soft tips to catheter, and single- or multilumen tubings. Our equipment is fitted with data logging technology that can document each individual step in the production cycle.
